AbleBurn is an easy and effective CD recording program. It can burn and copy all kinds of discs, convert WAV to MP3 and MP3 to WAV, check and repair MP3 and normalize WAV files. The program makes working with Cdr Tools easier (highly portable CD/DVD/BluRay recording program). It creates all kinds of discs like data, audio (with CD-Text) and CD Plus (mixed). The program can copy data/audio CDs and read/write CD-Text (can be used to record tracks' titles or other information) and get CDDB (download music information from Internet databases). AbleBurn can create and record disc image saved in ISO or CUE format. You can get disc and drive information. It can check and repair MP3 files - MP3 without problems. The program normalizes WAV files and exports file list in HTML/text format. It is small, easy, effective and intuitive to handle.
AbleBurn will automatically check for updates and you can also erase CD-RW discs. AB-CD has a nice look and you can change background image. It takes in compact mode very small part of screen and you can make AB-CD the default CD player. The program can read CD-Text (information about songs) from audio CDs and save track list. Skins, CDDB query (downloading music from Internet) and other audio formats will be supported in future versions. AbleBurn package includes AbleView that can view all kinds of files: images (PNG, JPEG, BMP, jpeg 2000, BMP,wmf, Gif, emf), web pages (HTML), text files and other formats in binary mode. You can easily view files and what is inside a file. AbleView integrates with Windows shell and soon will support other image formats (HPGL, MNG, TIFF, PCL, ICO, EPS, PCD, SVG, TGA, PCX, TTF, PDF and many other images).
