ICEOWS can extract, test, read properties and comments or view files stored in ICE, ARJ, ZIP, GunZip, TAR, Microsoft CAB, RAR, ACE, MIME, Mac HQX, UUEncode, XXEncode, Base64, JAR, EAR, WAR, LHA, IMP, BZ2 files without an external program. When you have an ICE, ARJ or ZIP archive ICEOWS helps you add, update and delete files stored within the archive. It has a new ICE format which is excellent for reducing the size of text files and
multi-volume spanning for ICE, ARJ, ZIP, RAR, ACE, MS-CAB. The program has built-in decompression for ICE, ZIP and Built-out compression for ARJ. ARJ, ZIP, GZIp, TAR, MS-CAB, RAR, ACE, Quake 3 compressed files, Internet Mail files (Mime, UUE, XXE, B64, HQX), Java Archive (JAR, EAR, WAR), LZS, LZH, LHA, IMP and BZ2. It has password encryption and comment for ICE, ZIP and ARJ.
ICEOWS has Quick-View support and shell integration to create archive folder ("right-ckick"). It converts archive file to archive folder (without uncompressing it) and has full drag'n'drop (left and right mouse button). The program has restore structure directory and test file for ICE, ARJ, ZIP, RAR, ACE, GZIP, IMP, LHA, LZS, LZH, BFL, SFV files. ICEOWS has restore creation date and last accessed date for ARJ32 file. It has recursive extraction and multi archive extraction. The program creates and tests SFV (Simple File Validator). It creates SFX executable with ICE compression and has new function "Create and Email". The program has full MUI (Multi-language User Interface) and self-Extracting module for WIN32 and WIN CE 2.0.
