IZArc is an archive utility that supports many archive formats like: 7-ZIP, A, ACE, ARC, ARJ, B64, BH, BIN,
BZ2, BZA, C2D, CAB, CDI, CPIO, DEB, ENc, GCA, GZ, GZA, HA, IMG, ISO, JAR, LHA, LIB, LZH, LIB, LZH, MDF, MBF, MIM,
NRG, PAK, PDI, PK3, RAR, RPM, TAR, TAZ, TBZ, TGZ, TZ, UUE, WAR, XXE, YZ1, Z, ZIP and ZOO. It is easy to handle and can unzip (extract) almost any archive file types. The program helps you backup your files and create password protected archives secured with AES encryption. IZArc has a modern and easy to handle interface that provides support for most compressed and encoded files, as well as access to many powerful features and tools. It permits you to drag'n'drop files from and to Windows Explorer, create and extract archives directly in Windows Explorer, create multiple archives spanning disks, creating self-extracting archives, repair damaged zip archives, converting from one archive type to another and view/write comments.
IZArc can add files to an existing archive and test an archive file. You can open CD image files like ISO, BIN, CDI and NRG. It is possible to convert such files from one type to another: BIN to ISO and NRG to ISO. When you need to send large files to your colleagues, friends or customers who may have archiving tool you can easily create self-creating archive that can be extracted by simple double click. It can be configured to run your preffered Anti-virus scanner when you open any archives and is 100% virus free. IZArc supports both long and short 8.3 filenames. It has CD/DVD Images support (MDF, IMG, C2D, PDI, CDI) and build-in multilanguage support. The program has Virus Scan feature and UU/XX/MIME Encode/Decode. It creates Multi-Volume and merge Multi-Volume Set. The program has UnSFX (Convert self-extracting (SFX).EXE files to standard archives) and encrypts files using Rijandael-AES (256-bits) encryption (WinZip 9 compatible). It can decrypt (.ize) files and repair broken archive.
